MERVANA® provides fully prepared, buffet style catering within a 30-mile radius of Orlando, offering whole-food, plant-based menus crafted with quality and care. Our services are designed for small groups and intimate events, ensuring every dish is fresh, thoughtfully prepared.
We are also pleased to collaborate with fellow catering professionals to incorporate culinary whole-food plant-based menu options into existing events. Whether complementing a current menu or accommodating specific dietary preferences, we welcome the opportunity to partner with other catering teams to ensure every guest is thoughtfully served.
Pop-Up Dining
Find MERVANA at select local events, offering a rotating, café-style menu crafted by a licensed, certified team for the community. Bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and other high-vibrational, plant-based creations, always vegan, always dairy-free and meat-free, always whole-food and made from scratch, with the menu evolving from event to event. Each visit is a fresh chance to experience MERVANA's philosophy in a new, beautifully composed dish.
